Gretchen Fitzgerald, MSN, MPH has been an adult/geriatric nurse practitioner for over 20 years and recently moved to the Hudson Valley where she completed her Master in Public Health focusing on environmental health. She is currently a board member for the Hudson Center for the Community and Environment. She loves to escape to the beauty of hiking trails in the Hudson Valley with her family and 2 dogs – and travels to National Parks whenever she can.
My Goals
My personal environmental action plan will start with this blog –
I will continue to report on pertinent local issues with my lovable senior dog Luna (who has had her own AARD card for some time now) – and I am sure she will offer her insight now and again.
I will also share some suggestions for ways we can all contribute to not only protect the natural world around us but also the seniors in our community
